Halo Water Proofing is a IN-licensed Exterior Waterproofing company that treats every Fontanet job like it's the only one on the schedule.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Fontanet technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
Our Fontanet crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Fontanet technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Fontanet crews hear about most.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Small cracks in a Fontanet foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Fontanet customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Fontanet homeowners connect to a basement problem.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Fontanet crews handle most.
Storm season keeps our Fontanet emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Fontanet foundation cracks with epoxy injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →Some Fontanet properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Fontanet crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We handle below-grade waterproofing for Fontanet property managers and business owners, scheduled around your operating hours to limit disruption.
Request a Commercial Quote →Here's exactly what Fontanet customers can expect from first call to final walkthrough.
We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
Every Fontanet quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Fontanet horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
You get a real number before any work starts — what you approve is what you're billed.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers your questions is the same one who shows up.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
If your Fontanet basement just needs a small crack seal instead of a full system, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Our trucks are recognizable around Fontanet — we don't cut corners on jobs our neighbors will see.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
If a covered repair doesn't hold up, we come back and make it right — no arguing, no extra invoice. That's written into every Fontanet contract we sign.
