Foundation leaking? Basement smells off? Halo Water Proofing sends a real technician to your Fontanet property, gives you a straight answer, and fixes it right the first time.
Licensed & insured in IN · Written pricing
Halo Water Proofing is a IN-licensed Sump Pump Installation company that treats every Fontanet job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Fontanet technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Fontanet crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Fontanet technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Catching one of these early usually means a smaller repair bill and a lot less stress for Fontanet homeowners.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Fontanet basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Fontanet foundation wall right now.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Fontanet homeowners connect to a basement problem.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Fontanet crews handle most.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →Not every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Fontanet pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Fontanet homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Fontanet jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
Our crew completes the repair, cleans up, and walks you through the warranty on what was installed.
We've heard every Fontanet horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers your questions is the same one who shows up.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
We'd rather earn a repeat Fontanet customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
Filing a claim can be confusing — we've walked Fontanet customers through this process many times.
Word of mouth is still how most Fontanet customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Crawl space smelled bad for years. After encapsulation, the smell upstairs is completely gone."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
We back our Fontanet work with real, transferable warranties because we plan to be here long after the job is done, not just for the one visit.
